For vendors expressing an interest in booth rentals for our Etouffee Festival which attracts approximately 8,000 to 10,000 people during the weekend; the following information is provided:
Festival Dates:
Friday April 25, 2025 5 pm to 12 Midnight
Saturday April 26, 2025 11 am to 12 Midnight
Sunday April 27, 2025 11 am to 5 pm
Vendors with self-contained trailers/RVs will be allowed to park on the fairgrounds but will not be permitted to remain on the property after hours unless the vendor provides a certificate of liability under the vendor business name and listing the Parish of St. John Francis Regis and the Diocese of Lafayette as additional insured. Electricity will not be available for vendor trailers/RVs. Since space is limited, first come, first served.
First come, First serve!! There are (13) covered Booth area, measure about 8’ x 13’ and (10) Tent area, measure about 12’ x 12’, (vendor must supply their own Tent for Tent area). $300.00 ($500 double) Rental fee for the weekend for each covered Booth and/or free-standing Tent area (which vendor supply tent). Water and electricity (110 volts only) are provided for the booths and Tent areas. Vendors must sign the attached Hold Harmless/Indemnity Agreement.
Vendor Payments can be in full or $50 deposit on-line at Anraudvillecatholic.org Ways to Give with description “Booth Rental”. Also, can send their remittance payable to St. John Francis Regis Church, earmarked for Booth Rental. Full payment must be submitted by April 11, 2024 (2 weeks prior); if, for some reason, payment is received after this date, only cash or money order will be accepted. Currently not accepting cash app, pay pal or Venmo.
