It’s that time again! We are planning for Etouffee Festival 2025. Festival will be April 25-26, 2025. We thank all of our participating vendors and invite you to fill out the form below. PLEASE NOTE: once you have been accepted as a vendor, please scroll down to kindly fill out our indemnity agreement.

NOTICE: APPLICATION DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY GUARANTEE ACCEPTANCE - ONLY AFTER VENDOR IS NOTIFIED THAT APPLICATION HAS BEEN ACCEPTED, WILL VENDOR BE REQUIRED TO PAY, EITHER DEPOSIT OR IN FULL.

INFORMATION - PLEASE READ

For vendors expressing an interest in booth rentals for our Etouffee Festival which attracts approximately 8,000 to 10,000 people during the weekend; the following information is provided: Festival Dates: Friday April 25, 2025 5 pm to 10:00pm Saturday April 26, 2025 11 am to 10pm Sunday April 27, 2025 11 am to 5 pm Vendors with self-contained trailers/RVs will be allowed to park on the fairgrounds but will not be permitted to remain on the property after hours unless the vendor provides a certificate of liability under the vendor business name and listing the Parish of St. John Francis Regis and the Diocese of Lafayette as additional insured. Electricity will not be available for vendor trailers/RVs. Since space is limited, first come, first served. First come, First serve!! There are (13) covered Booth area, measure about 8’ x 13’ and (10) Tent area, measure about 12’ x 12’, (vendor must supply their own Tent for Tent area). $300.00 ($500 double) Rental fee for the weekend for each covered Booth and/or free-standing Tent area (which vendor supply tent). Water and electricity (110 volts only) are provided for the booths and Tent areas. Vendors must sign the attached Hold Harmless/Indemnity Agreement. Vendor Payments can be in full or $50 deposit on-line at Anraudvillecatholic.org Ways to Give with description “Booth Rental”. Also, can send their remittance payable to St. John Francis Regis Church, earmarked for Booth Rental. Please pay in advance by April 11, 2025; If for some reason, payment is submitted after April 11, 2025, only cash or money orders will be accepted; Currently not accepting cash app, pay pal or Venmo. The above-named ACTIVITY PARTICIPANT OR FACILITY USER agrees to defend, protect, protect, indemnify and hold harmless the above-named PARISH against and from all claims arising from the negligence or fault of the above named ACTIVITY PARTICIPANT OR FACILITY USER or any of their agents, family members, officers, volunteers, helpers, partners, organizational members or associates which arise out of the above named ACTIVITY OR USAGE at the above named PARISH. Additionally, the above named ACTIVITY PARTICIPANT OR FACILITY USER agrees to protect, defend, hold harmless and fully indemnify the above named PARISH for any claim or cause of action whatsoever arising out of the above mentioned ACTIVITY OR USAGE which takes place during the above identified DATE(S) OF ACTIVITY OR USAGE that is brought against the PARISH by the above named ACTIVITY PARTICIPANT OR FACILITY USER or their family members whether such claim arises from the alleged negligence of the PARISH, its employees or agents or ACTIVITY PARTICIPANT or FACILITY USER’S negligence. If any portion of this agreement is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance thereof, shall continue in full legal force and effect.
