All slots filled! Many thanks to all of our committed volunteers! Because of your commitment, we can confidently plan to keep this tent open and serving delicious etouffee throughout the festival’s operating hours. Please do everything you can to keep your commitment as your service is essential to this tent’s success! This webpage will be maintained as a reference point to help verify who signed up for what hours, and any special tasks that a specific timeslot might be asked to do (e.g. helping to clean up if your slot is at the close of day)
If you did not get a chance to volunteer, but would still like to make yourself available as a sub or as an additional assistant (say, to help clean up at the close of day or to set up at the beginning), then we could still use you!
