The Altar Society maintains the interior of the church. This group also sponsors receptions for the first communion and confirmation students and their families, supplies cakes for one monthly birthday party at J. Michael Morrow Memorial Nursing Home, prepares mail-outs for special church events. Meetings are held once a month and annual dues are $10/person. Members can volunteer to work at St. Therese’s Thrift Shop, clean the church monthly, bake for fundraisers including the Etouffee Festival, and/or decorate the church. Presently, volunteers are needed to work at St. Therese’s Thrift Shop and clean the church.
